I was in the store today when I heard a mother say to a kid "If you are going to pick your nose, at least use a tissue." What do you think of that? Is it okay to pick your nose in public if you used a tissue? I haven't heard that...

Could somebody please explain to me why people need to pick their nose while driving? I can't believe how many people I actually see picking their nose while driving. Don't they realize other people can see them?
