Who are the "Oceanic 6?"

So far, we know that Jack, Kate, Hugo, and Saheed are all part of the "Oceanic 6." However, we also now know that Ben is off the island. Does this mean he was counted as one of the 6 survivors? If so, then there's only one left to...

From what I've seen in the 4th season, it looks like the 5th season might actually take place off the island. The flash-forwards are starting to reveal so much that it's like watching two totally different story lines. Eventually...
