I woke up sneezing ,runny nose (sorry for the abundance of information),the works and I ouldnt understand why ,I was in perfect health when I went to bed last night.Then I found the culprit ,an open window right over my bed...

I do. Even in winter I like to have at least a bit open. Of course with the heating on it's not a very good idea, but I really need to have that fresh air coming trough. It was easier back home since it was never that cold that...
