Rubbish Totes

Our garbage cans are regularly knocked over and rubbish is tossed down the street. When it's wrapped in a bag bundle, it is easier for the landlord to round up stowaway rubbish and put it back in the bin. If I don't obey the landlord's rule, I get kicked out, but he does accept my store bags.
