I love poi. I live in Hawaii and was raised eating poi. Poi is made from the root of the Taro plant. It was used as food and paste in the ancient days. I'm hawaiian so eating poi is not a problem for me. What about you?

what in your opinion are the best poi to use? i have some colour changing LED poi on ball chains these are my favourite so far. they are quite heavy and given me more than enough bruises but the feel easier to use than lighter...
