Is Mylot not providing the 25% referal earnings anymore?

One of my referals is at 5.60$ but I received only 0.71$ from Mylot for his earnings. He joined only 5 days back. How is that? Is Mylot not providing the 25% referal earnings? Please answer as soon as possible.
