What can cause a high red blood cell count? My 21 year old niece has been referred to hematology & oncology to be checked out because her blood work keeps coming back with high red blood cell counts. I'm really worried about her...

itp is a immun system disease and it s long name is idiopatic tormbositopenia purpura.and that means any one that is itp he or she has less red blood cell than normal human. it is dangerous if your red blood cells fall in zero...
