We went to Get It Now last night and scored a nice energy efficient washer and dryer. Mine are totally new because it's all touchscreen and water sensored. Going to cost $140 per month but total is almost $2,600. Totally worth it....

Cars, homes, appliances, etc. I am lucky enough right now that we have a small shack that is our own and all 5 of our cars are owned by us. I can't imagine paying $2400 for rent plus another $800 for a car payment to own or lease...

Has anyone ever rented to own a house and is it a good idea or not. Some of your rent is applied to the down payment after a x amount of time. Just curious if anyone has done this and if so did it work out?
