Who is minding the children

That father of the 'father' needs to have his head examined. All three children, yes they are children, need to be taken away from their respective parents who were not minding the store. At the very least, the two youngest, 13 year old 'dad' and the infant, need to go into care and adopted in that order. It sounds harsh I know, but this is...beyond irresponsible.
