One of my new favorite foods is rice pilaf. At first, I thought it would taste bad, but I was wrong. Do you enjoy rice pilaf? Also, do you make it from scratch or from a packet?

How do you cook your scallops?

I bought bay scallops (the smaller scallops) the other day. Tonight I will be making them for dinner. I usually just make them with some seasoning and sautee them in butter. I also serve them with rice pilaf. How do you make...
