i came across this payment option thru the website of revolution moneyexchange nad it says that this is the new type of paypal style..i try to sign up but the account was limited to US. Anybody knows about this? care to share...

I posted that I got my check from the money exchange, and from there, 2 people signed up under me, gaining me another $20! They each recieved $25 for signing up. I didn't expect to get anyone to sign up under me, but it's great...
