Shrimp - Cocktail, Fried, Baked?

How do you like to prepare shrimp? I love it in scampi, alfredo, peel and eat, fried, baked, etc. Is there a bad way to have shrimp? What do you prefer? Or are you one of the poor ones that are allergic?
