Who has had a better career, R-Truth or Shelton Benjamin?

While Shelton is the better in ring performer and has one the I/C, U.S. and Tag Team Titles in WWE, R-Truth is much more charasmatic and was the World Champion during his time in TNA? I'm taking Shelton, what about you?
