Which of these do you think actually helps you the most. Of course the main purpose is to trim the middle. Strengthening your core is really good for runners and other ahtletes too. I can do like 100 crunches but only about 20-30...

If you do why? If not why? I do them every once in a while if my back isn't hurting too much, but I tend to stray from them.
