The doctor has me on seroquel, and klonopin but I am so groggy from them. Does anyone have any suggestions. I do suffer from bipolar and depression which probably effect this . so a warm cup of milk doesnt just work. HELP I hate...

Sometimes I really need to get my sleep and I like to use Advil PM. They work great for me and I don't wake up the next day feeling groggy. What about you?
