How many hours do you sleep daily?

Its said that a one atleast needs to sleep for 8 hours per day for a good health. I odnt think ?I need to sleep that much, I hardly sleep for abt 6 hours per day, I think my health is stil fine! What about you, how many hours...

Do you allow your dog to sleep on your bed?

My dog would love to, but she has a soft bed of her own in the same room. She used to sleep on the bed, but she got so snarly if I moved, I put her out...but still near by.
