Have you ever tried speed walking?

I will sometimes try to speed walk. I will start of in a slow pace then I will pick up my speed for about a 1/2 hour then I will slow down again until I am finished with my walking. Have you ever tried to speed walk?

Did anyone see the Olympics last night in speed walking? wow it was really something to see. It looked like they were penguins waddling as fast as they could. I couldn't help but like burst out laughing because it was so funny....
