I have a sharp stabbing pain in my ankle

this morning and I have no idea why. As far as I know I did not hurt my ankle yesterday. It comes and goes, but when it comes it hurts really bad. I get the same type of pain in my shoulder sometimes. Do you ever get mystery pains...
