I have snoring problem. Recently, a friend suggest me to start singing to open up my nasal so that I will stop snoring, He also suggested to lose weight and use nasal strips

That operation. The one that cuts off your "hangy down thing" in the back of your throat. Does that stop snoring. She's driving me crazy. Or those foam ear plugs. Do they work? What works?
