Noticed the last few days the task section has several tasks available from myLot members. Does anyone know how to add a task to this section of myLot?

I got a couple of task to do yesterday. I accepted a few and went to work, it was a 4paragraph write up on binding machines, finished the write up and clicked submit..the page just seem to reload..still tellin me to type in my...
