I wanted something that is quick and easy for tea.
The Mister is home a day early and I want to spend time with him not in the kitchen.
So, sausage and mash it is.
We have Richmond sausage, I do think that they are the best....

I first tried to grow sweetcorn a couple of years ago. I grew a few plants and they did OK, but my main problem was that I didn’t know when to harvest the cobs so I think I waited rather too long.
Last year was a bit better, but...

Well after a late frost here in Minnesota I thought my sweet corn died off.
So I went ahead and planted more seeds for the killing frost loss. But......
This is one of maybe 50 or more plants that I have in my garden this year....
