hi guys, i spend one hour to swimm in a day so what about you? how many hours do you spend for swimm. where do you prefer to swimm. do you swimm single with friends or girl friend? share with me friends.

i heard several times that swimming not only helps your muscles to develop equally but alsdo helps your mind keep frash and relaxes...basicly makes you opened minded and is good for your soul. what do you think about that?
