Do you use salt in your cooking?

Many people consider a salt to be unhealthy addition in food. Do you think the same? I personally use only a sea salt which comes in rough grains. I don't like a fine salt because it tastes like soda, not natural.

Regular table salt or iodized salt?

Do you make it a point to buy and use regular table salt or iodized salt? It's important to use iodized salt in order to help reduce the risks of goiter but I think there are still those of you out there who still prefer to use...
