Have you tried or experienced talking to youself? Me, sometimes I do..to release any tension and negative thoughts in my mind.. or sometimes if i am too happy I also talked to myself..how about you?

I got caught talking to myself today..

Do you ever get caught talking to yourself? There I was driving down the road, thinking, thinking, thinking, then I sorta waved one hand in the air and said to myself "where the heck am I?" (I used the word heck, really I did).....
