As many know Im also known as the tamale girl. i make 1000s at holidays to give away and to sell for peoples parties and dinners. yesterday i made over 400.. Today ill make at least that many. next 2 weeks are filled with orders....

Its that time of year. Tamale time. i start making them about a week from Thanksgiving each year. i sell them for the holidays till like jan. 1st. I make mostly chicken and pork. But some sweet. Love tamales.
