you will not owe taxes on your rebate when you file your 2008 income tax return. However, you should keep a copy of the IRS letter you receive later...

Okay, so not only is this "stimulus rebate" that we will be "blessed" with this summer, nothing but an advance on our own refund we get NEXT year when we file 1040's, but it is costing 42 billion...
