What is the youngest you can be to participate in mylot? Lately I have been seeing young people, one discussion just revealed to me that one user is actually 10 when their profile says they are 16, isn't that against the rules?

Why does it sound so serious when mylot asks you whether or not your a U.S citizen or not? It's all written in red and I don't understand what they mean? I'm not a U.S. citizen so of course i clicked no, but what are they trying...

Before joining a website, do you read their privacy statement, guideline statement, terms of use and FAQ of the website? Or you just click accept without reading? Do you think it is necessary to read those.
