Who is the most powerful Kamen Rider of all time?

I still think that nobody can beat the original rider Kamen Rider 1. He's the coolest. No fancy powers. Just super strength and a "bad@#$$" rider kick finisher!

Would an american version of Kamen Rider ever occur faithfully to the show? would it be worth watching? Is Kamen Rider a better show than any american produced version of toku?
