Have you ever seen a blatant and conspicuous breaking of laws by law enforcers themselves? Traffic policemen who are supposed to ensure safety and smooth traffic are the ones breaking the law. They just park their vehicles...

I went to the grocery just yesterday and as I went to the other streets I noticed bunch of people looking at something. I just knew that there was a car accident. No traffic aids were there who are supposed to attend to that mess....
