I started making my own fries in my deep fryer here at home I think although its fried its better health wise than getting them from like McDonalds ,KFC, Wendy's ect
because you can fry them in healthier oil if you chose to do so...

In New York Trans fats have been banned making it impossible for Mc donalds to make their famous french fries the same way they have for many many years!
