What are worst food to combine..

what dishes or food types are worst to combine when eating? I sometimes get tummy aches when i sample different things from a buffet.

I'd like to know why I always wake up with tummy aches...

if my tummy would not ache in the morning, I would be sleeping like a baby until whenever I want, but it's like an alarm clock and it will hurt at like 5 or 6am when I really need to wake up already... what do you think is wrong...
