did You ever saw the thief who was beaten a lot of people? in the case the thief of wet-handed he may have to be taught a lesson with hit beating but if he did not wet-handed? I think this will be a big problem for punish...

Following on from my bullying discussion, is it any wonder that kids carry knives and even worse guns nowadays when both teachers and the cops CANNOT deal with bullies.
