Everyone get sick. Is there any tips so as all of us not to get sick like getting cancer etc.? I want to stay healthy. I believe that being healthy is wealth. I take vitamins C, but is that enough? Or I need to eat vegetables...

Is it good to take much Vitamins C? I have red about it that lots of Vitamins C in our body even 12,000 mg or more is good. Vitamins C they call it the mother of all vitamins C. Do you how much Vitamins C we need to take...
