I have noticed in the past few days that i do not finish just one bottle of water i take to college everyday now in chilling winter, even though i take good amount of water in summer. I don't feel like being thirst now in winter...

I usually have about 2 liters or more, my mom said that water is the best drink. And I agree, it seems no taste at all but it's the purest taste I ever had. Studies show that the average amount a person needs is about 2 liters,...
