Is Imeem down or having problems

I've been trying to use imeem for some time now and the layout is all messed up and when I tried to sign up for an email account I do not receive any activation email. Is there a problem with the site?

The main page of neobux (http://www.neobux.com) load normally but if you hit the join or login buttons it goes to https://localhost/?u=p and gives a page load error. Neobux seems to have messed up their code as little! I hope...
