Before the lockdown my weight is usually between 80-82 kg. and that is overweight according to Body Mass Index. I weighed myself tonight and it's a little below 80 kg. as shown in the photo. Nothing much has change.

Am now so concerned about my health and one is losing weight, so every morning before coffee, I get my digital weighing scale to see if there's any changes.
