Anyone who watches tv over the weekends sees all the "paid programs" and now they have so many different work out videos to choose from and they of course all sound good... as long as if you buy them --you do them!!...

My working title is 102 ways for you to "jiggle that phat" off! What do you think. Do you like the name. My boyfriend certainly likes watching the developement phase, and he definitely likes holding the camera for me to capture...
