When I am browsing the net this picture got my attention. I am very amazed when see this picture. Can you tell me something about this roundbike. Do you think this could be use in public?

Now please see the attached photo. You can see the left face is angry, and the right face is in calm. Now please stand up and back forward a few steps. Now you can see these two faces are changing... Isn't it amazing?:)
