Clockwork Lounge In Baguio City Philippines

Clockwork lounge is a bar in Baguio inspired by the film "A Clockwork Orange", Its located at Nevada Square in front of Camp John Hay Philippines. It caters to the Alternative lifestyle. Musicians started to flock the place because of its diverse in musical taste. Not everyone shared the same passion compared to the owners of this bar. They built this place in the middle of mediocre r n' b bars. Without any promotion but word of mouth, this place became a mecca to alternative music up north kinda like CBGB in New York. Though its short lived it marked an important time in the music scene. This is where bands go when they want to play free, just make sure they play the right music or else....

Way up north there was this lounge called Clockwork. Its owned by music geek enthusiast. This is one of the scenes here in this place. Filled with real music that fuelled people to sing along with the open mic placed in the middle of the lounge. Symbolic and it created its own history. This is life in its most passionate form.

My Own Live Salad Bar

I can hardly wait 2 more weeks until these will be ready to devour! Must plant new seeds now, to be sure there are more ready soon after:-)

The basil is about big enough to cut off and re-root in a glass which will sit in one of the spaces you see empty here, and then I can start a few more seeds in the grow hole it was in. Yayyy! More Romaine, I think!

The basil (in the middle/back) is about big enough to snip off for cuttings to re-root and I will put them in glasses of water right there in the white spaces between the other plants where they can enjoy the bright lights. That will free up a grow hole for another batch of romaine lettuce. Yayyy. In this way, I do manage to grow more than just 7 plants in each AeroGarden, and in fact, I put a few more of my own hydroponic planters off to the side so that the light is not wasted. I call those my little hitch-hikers, and will post a photo of them eventually.
