I am having issues with my tomatoes this year. As soon as they go red they have rot on the bottom. So I am trying to use them green. I have fried them but could use a better recipe for that. I have one for Green tomato ketchup but...

YES... I do love this stuff, especially the green one. I'm going to slice it and mix it with little soy sauce...wow so yummy... how about you?
