when you are under pressure at work,at school,or in your personal life.as for me,I would take a short trip for relaxtion or go to a concert for rock& roll. what do you do if you are under pressure,my friends?

I would usually like to have a cup of coffee or tea. I find it very helpful. I also like to take a good long nap before I start tackling out the things that i have to handle. I work like an extremely busy ant daily and work will...

What do you do after work to relieve your stress?

After work its very tiring to do another simple chores, an 8-5 job makes very exausting, a good rest might be very helpful but for me stress is gone when I see my daughter smile and give me a big hug
