I've heards of all sorts of home-remedies for smooth skin, from dipping your face in oatmeal to spreading mashed banana and milk on yourself like lotion. I've never tried anything like tht, but I've always wondered whether or not...

whiteiris720 Yes you are right. The best way to gain beautiful skin is from the inside out. Your nutrition matters and unfortunately, fruits and vegetables in the diet is a great help. Drinking lots of water matters to because it helps flushes out wastes from our system....
