00VILE00 The wii is a good choice solo and with lots of people. It generally is better with more people because it was designed to be a party console, but there are some games that are pretty good to play solo.

00VILE00 There's the obvious COD:MW2 (i don't really like it all that much but some people love it) and there's also Uncharted 2 Among Thieves which isn't a exactly an FPS but more like a platforming shooter, it offers much more than COD IMO.
