Any good exercise for trimming the stomach?

Ido an hour and half of exercise and yoga every morning but my stomach is not getting flat as I would want it. i doa lot of sit ups too. Anyone knows any exercise spceifically to trim the tummy and the hips?

31rn62 the best excercise you can do is a squat. it works your quad, hamstring, gluts, calves and abs! it is near perfect. but if you are tryin to slim down then diet and cardio is far an away the key. rickfit.blogspot.com is a great source!

31rn62 its a great *story*. Dan brown himself said it was ficticious! humans as a species like stories that could be real. and that is why we like this book. it is vert realistic but nonetheless it is still a story.

My favorite final fantasy game is VII. No surprise there, right? First Final Fantasy to make the jump into 3D and they did a great job with it. Wonderful story line, overall, greatest final fantasy in my eyes.
