Yep, you read that right! My birthday is next Sunday, and as a present, a couple of my aunts gave me money to go skydiving. They knew it was on my bucket list. And, before anyone mentions my back, I cleared this with my doctors....

Amber I can’t tolerate the taste of those. I’ve tried. Right now I at least found a yogurt drink with 20g of protein. But it’s fantastic you can. You’re probably one of the few who have all that worked out.

Amber I definitely get a lot of Greek Yogurt in my diet. And I do like Brussel sprouts. I never have been able to get over cottage cheese though.
