Amber @hotsummer Yeah, cat’s scat would also have to be disposed of that way, but a lot of people here keep their cats inside and have litter boxes. The litter keeps the poop from smelling when you put it in a trash bag.

Amber @hotsummer We wrap it in a little sack to keep out the smell and bugs, and dispose of it in the dumpster or the little poop disposal can that has a garbage bag in it. The dumpster is emptied three times a week, and the poop disposal can is emptied once a week....
