Miracles: Do you believe it happens?

Curlann @annierose (21963) • United States 12 Sep 16

I was invited to join a religious organization in our community. Although it was difficult to walk away from my computer, I decided to spend an hour with them. I think it is better to take a break from work and mingle with some...

Angel_15 I would really love to believe in miracles, as in real miracles, not the sort of thing that every other person experiences but considers a miracle because it's meaningful to them. I would like to experience something amazing, something out of this world. I...

Do You Name Inanimate Objects?

Sue H. @CinnamonGrl (7044) • Santa Fe, New Mexico 11 Sep 16

I have a habit of naming things close to me. This guitar is Freddy. I finally got a guitar with a decent tone because heck, they started making a cheap one in China. I know, I know, it's Unamerican. But what can ya do? Anyway, do...

Angel_15 I've never named any object. I guess I'm just not that attached to anything I own.

Angel_15 Here in my country there are people who misspell words intentionally. It's their writing style. I say it's stupid and most probably is just an excuse not to spell words correctly because they are poor in spelling.

~Too Soon To Think About~

Jennifer @LovingMyBabies (85780) • Valdosta, Georgia 11 Sep 16

I know for most of us Christmas is too far away to think about now. But for those of us with young children and not a lot of money the thought comes earlier than it probably should. My children know the real reason we celebrate...

Movie Was Good. Soundtrack Was Better!

cmoneyspinner @cmoneyspinner (9164) • Austin, Texas 10 Sep 16

Are there any movies that you would gladly watch again just because you want to listen to the soundtrack? The background music made the movie! I'm raising my hand. Yes!! Four movies are on my list. Gladiator (2000),...

Angel_15 My obvious movie picks would be musicals. I think The Sound of Music is a very good one, a classic. My daughter loves Camp Rock and Hairspray. If I would choose from non-musicals, I would go for all of The Lord of the Rings movies. But my absolute all-time...

Have you ever lost your car?

Judy Evans @JudyEv (389620) • Rockingham, Australia 11 Sep 16

When we were touring Europe last year in our motor-home we drove into Roscoff, France which was the port from which we'd catch the ferry back to Ireland next day. Because the motor-home is quite long, it was always a problem...

Angel_15 I go to Merriam-Webster online. It's free to use. I don't just trust any site. When it comes to the spelling and definition of words, it's still wise to use known and trusted dictionaries.
