BeanEuphoria I prefer skim milk. Less fat, and cheaper. I only use it for a little shot in my coffee. When it comes to calcium, I'd rather have yogourt.

BeanEuphoria You could make a simple roue to get the sauce started. Just blend flour and melted butter in a sauce pan, then slowly start adding milk, and cheese, stirring. You'll end up with a nice cheese sauce. My children love it.

BeanEuphoria Well, I do miss sudoku when it's down, but other than that I really don't care that much. I have a sudoku book , but it's easier to erase mistakes online. If I'm really bored, I just take a nap, or two, or three.
