Tonight I decided it is time to lose weight. I weigh more now than I ever have and I am just not happy about it. My plan includes exercise and eating healthier. I don't plan on dieting so much, just changing the way I eat....

Francis42 Last May, 2006, I began an exercise program at our church. It is low impact exercises, and lasts 1 hour for 2 days a week. It has firmed me up, gotten rid of the roll around my middle, and I have really not had to cut back on eating, as I am burning more...

I don't get Yoga

I got a beginner's tape of yoga and I did it a couple of times. I really don't get it though. How does it help you lose weight? How can it have so many benefits? Did I do something wrong? lol

Francis42 Yoga stretches the muscles, making you limber and helps you feel better. It will help to tighten you up, but not really lose weight. The benefits from Yoga are many, but you have to do it for a while before you begin to see them. Give it another try.

Ohhhh myyy goddd!!! Tonights episode dragged me in soo many directions! Where do I begin..... First of all...I am a fellow snorer so props to Meredith for trying the BreathRight strip...the help but don't work...

Francis42 I believe Derek will suggest a simple surgery to cure Meredith's snoring, and Meredith will get mad at him for not accepting her as she is. I also love George's father, and his brothers are real trips.

Now that we have another cute doctor on the staff, who is your favorite? I'm partial to Derek even though he has his faults, I just feel that Mark is a bit too much. It's like he wants what he wants at anybodys cost....

Francis42 I agree. Derek is much nicer and better looking than Mark, and Mark is so full of himself and rude to everyone.
