Do you like McSteamy or McDreamy better?

Definitely McDreamy. Especially the more they show McSteamy! He's a jerk!

My personal preference, based on looks alone is McSteamy. I think Eric Dane is HOT and I've thought so since he was on Charmed some time ago. If I were going to take the "romantic" choice, it would be McDreamy, hands down.

I dont like amrk at all. he's to self centered and erogent. I love Derek. So i would choose McDreamy all the way. Yea, he has his faults but they are so cute that they're perfect faults.

I'm still on season 2, but I've read the recaps on season 3. I have to say McDreamy forever. No contest there. Derek is adorable.

I dont like Sloans promiscous behaviour. I like Derek and the way he is so much in love with Meredith. He has integrity and I like that too.

McDreamy all the way. He's been my main man since day one! That's not to say I'd give up the other guys, the character dynamics are great. It's what makes the show so great. McSteamy and McDreamy are yin and yang.

I would have to go with Derek, just because he has so many more likable qualities. He seems like he is better at being a doctor as well, so he really has that working for him. Now if he could just decide that he wants to be with Meredith for a longer time than 2 episodes, I would like him even better!

I agree. Derek is much nicer and better looking than Mark, and Mark is so full of himself and rude to everyone.

personally i think mc.steamy is sexier but then the personality of mc.dreamy makes him better, like you said mc.steamy is a bit too much he is too much of a ladies man to where mc.dreamy falls in love and persues it. I just love this show! Put it this way mc.steamy is more of my type for a one night stand maybe some seconds lol and mc.dreamy is a long term relationship kind of guy.

i would say mcdreamy. but mcsteamy is arrogant and a bit cute. he can be very nice. but mcdreamy is just adorable when he smiles

McDreamy is my favorite he has that sweet side too. McSteamy is just a big jerk. I even asked my hubby in the checkout line when I was reading an article about them who he thought was better looking and he said McDreamy.

i like both of them but probably mcsteamy better because he is a jerk and I have a thing for the bad boy. What is up with the show. It just disappeared! I know it is coming back but they never even gave a warning or had a season finale. I am confused.

I guess I like Mark better, but only by default. I mean, I honestly don't care about him at all, but I loathe Derek. I don't think there's currently a character on tv I hate more. His best impression for me in an episode is when I have nothing to say about him, because when I do, it's all bad.

I'm in love with Derek...he's a sweetie...the other guy is a scumbag!

My personal favorite is Derek. I think that Derek is too mean. Also, he is always using his interns to go fetch coffee or do his errands. Derek is more compassionate and it seems to me that he cares more about his patients than Mark does. For me, it will always be McDreamy as number one.

Very good discusion! I personally like Derek better, its just because Grey is supposed to be with him and It sets in your heart at the end that is all you want to see is Grey and Derek back together. Now think about it you know Derek still love Meradith... That will just start another fight between Derek and Mark if it ended up being Grey and Mark together.
