Grrrwork They're rude because people know they have bills and get frustrated that they cannot always pay them on time and end up getting ticked off when people call asking them to do so, they end up dealing with alot of rude people. Its the job that makes them rude.

Grrrwork Sounds like a scumlord. I suggest asking them to come in and fix these problems and if they refuse then call the health department on them and they will be fined and if they still dont fix the problems then youd probably have to take them to court in order...

Grrrwork As long as the place looks like it did when you moved in he has to give your deposit back, but without proof it would be hard to hold up in court and prove him wrong, I suggest just cleaning it and taking pictures of it after you are done so you can at least...
